the start of a turn up to
120 degrees OR 30 +/-
seconds until the start
of a turn of more than
120 degrees.
Displayed when there is
10 +/- 1 seconds until
the crossing of the top
of descent point. This
message is
accompanied by an
aural TOD chime.
Displayed when the
time to reach the top of
descent point is zero.
Displayed when the
active approach is
based on a localizer or
a VOR and that
approach is not
authorized for GPS
overlay, the aircraft
course is within 45
degrees of the final
approach course, the
course to the active
waypoint is within 45
degrees of the final
approach course, the
distance to the final
approach fix (FAF) from

less than 4 NM, the
frequency tuned by the
nav radio matches the
frequency of the
approach navaid and
the identifier decoded
by the nav radio does
not match the identifier
of the approach navaid.
An internal warning
condition within the
lightning sensor has
occurred and it may
clear itself or clear after
a power cycle of the
lightning sensor.
