Printed Images are Light

Cause
The toner is low. If "Toner Low" or "Toner Empty.
Replace with new Toner Cartridge."
appears, replace the toner cartridge.
The paper is damp. Use paper stored under proper
temperature and humidity conditions.
The paper is unsuitable. Use recommended paper.
The settings of the media weight is On the touch panel, press [Device
incorrect. Settings], select [Paper Setup] > the
paper tray you are using, and then
select the proper values for [Media
Type] and [Media Weight]. Or, select a
thicker values for [Media Weight].
Recycled paper is used. On the touch panel, press [Device
Settings], and then select [Paper
Setup] > the paper tray you are using,
and then make the [Media Weight]
value thicker.
