B. Disassembing the Inner and Outer Tubes

Drain the oil from the fork.

Place a rubber sheet or tire tube around the
outer tube nut, and wind a rope or outer tube
nut wrench and turn it counterclockwise, then
remove the nut. The inner tube can be sepa-
rated from the outer.
