Remove the lefthand crankcase cover.

Remove the flywheel magneto.
a.
Remove the nut, using a flywheel magneto
holding tool.

b. Install the flywheel magneto puller. Turn it
left and the flywheel magneto will break loose.

ENGINE -
Engine Removal
Remove the two screws holding the flywheel
magneto base to the crankcase, and remove
the flywheel base.

Remove the woodruff key.
It
is
advisable to place the woodruff key on the
flywheel magneto {using its magnetic force), which
the key is removed for engine service.

Disconnect the master link and remove the chain.
