In Case of Failure
If a system check fails, recalibrate the system and repeat the entire procedure (all three
measurements). Remember that poor connections are the most common cause of
measurement errors. Also, both the hardware state and the instrument state must be
correct. Reload disks or re-enter commands, if necessary, including the calibration kit
definitions. If the test continues to fail:
• Save the instrument state.
• Write down all of the symptoms.
• Refer to

for troubleshooting and contact information.
