TROUBLESHOOTING

Aforementioned issues are just for reference. If any failure occurs, please stop using and contact a professional
technician to check and repair. ALWAYS be safe and shut off the power supply and gas supply before performing
any maintenance.
Problem
Pilot cannot be lit.
Pilot is lit, but burner won't light.
There's tempering sound when cut
off the gas source.
There's red flame and black smoke.
Possible Causes
Gas pressure is too low.
Fire hole is blocked.
Gas control valve is defective.
Gas pressure is too low.
Main nozzle is blocked.
Gas control valve is defective.
Nozzle diameter does not match gas supply.
Damper open too much.
Gas supply pressure too low.
Nozzle diameter does not match gas supply.
Damper not open enough.
Gas nearly empty.

Solutions
Regulate the pressure valve.
Unblock the fire hole.
Replace gas control valve.
