No Power / Display Will Not Turn On

BEGIN HERE
Use a different wall
outlet.
Plug the cable in.
Plug the power plug
inlet wire back in.
Replace the power
plug inlet wire.
Contact Customer
Care for Advanced
Troubleshooting.
Unplug the power adapter from both
ends.
Inspect the entire cord for any visible
wires, cuts, breaks or crimps.
Check that the Adapter end is not broken.
Test the wall power outlet with
something, to ensure it is working.
For example, plug a lamp in to the
wall power outlet.
Does the outlet work
NO
properly?
Remove console from console mast.
Unplug I/O cables and inspect for damage. Reconnect cables.
Was a cable already
YES
unplugged?
Was the
wire already
unplugged when you
YES
looked inside the
machine?
NO
Is the power plug inlet
YES
damaged?
Replace the power
adapter
Does the console turn
NO
on now?
Is the end of the
adapter cord broken?
Are there any visible
NO
wires showing on the
adapter cord?
Plug the adapter
into the wall and the
YES
machine. Does the console
turn on at all?
NO
Remove console back (8
screws).
Check the Input/Output Cable
connection into console (plug
NO
and unplug). Be sure the cable
is connected securely and
oriented properly.
Remove the hardware from the right side lower
round cover (4 screws). Carefully remove the
cover. The power plug inlet wire is attached to
the inside. It needs to be gently unplugged,
before completely removing the cover.
Connect the power
plug wire back into the
main I/O cable and
NO
connect the power
adapter.
Does the console turn
NO
on?
Issue resolved.
