3.6.1.1 Taking photo
When you open the camera menu, is a correct connection is established, you will see the
scene which captured by the camera on the display of the phone. This screen will change as
you move the camera. Before taking a photo, you can do the followings through the function
of left softkey:
Flip image;
Select the resolution you want;
Select white balance settings between normal and dark. If the environment is quite dark,
please use the dark mode for better photo quality.
Select preview size between 128×96 (default) and 80×60. If 80×60 mode is selected,
the refreshing ratio of the screen on the display of the phone will be higher.
Set default file name for the photos. New photos will be automatically named based on
this default file name in sequence.
Shutter alert tone: you can choose 'ON' or 'OFF'.
After you have finished all necessary settings, just press key 'OK' to take the photo. When a
photo is taken, the screen displayed will still, and the file will be automatically stored. As for
newly taken photos, you can do the followings through the left softkey:
Go on taking new photos;
Delete: if you don't want to store the taken picture, just delete it;
Rename: rename the taken picture;
View: view the taken picture on the phone display. But, for pictures with a resolution
higher than 128×96, you will not be able to view them on the phone display. Just view
them on your PC. You can also browse other pictures taken through pressing the
direction keys. When viewing pictures here, you can do the followings through the left
softkey:
Delete the picture;
Rename the picture;
Set as identical image (when receiving calls from certain numbers, the image
displays on the screen, but this option is only available to 128×96 pictures). Select
an entry from the phonebook, and press ok to set the picture as this number's
identical image.
Set as background image (only available to 128×96 pictures).
View details: check the format of the picture, the time it was taken, resolution
information and size (in Kb).
3.6.1.2 Album
View:
This function will bring up the list of pictures, you can browse the files via key up/down. Press
key OK when a file is selected to view the file.
Check free memory:
This function displays the used memory percentage status and the number of pictures stored.
