4.4 Dual mode
In dual mode one H
YDRA
allows to display the sources of the H
section
Dual
Mode. To enable dual mode, the H
cards MDR 26 – D15, two DVI-video output cards or two DVI-DVI digital output cards. When using the DVI-DVI
digital/analog output card one card is sufficient to setup dual mode.
One channel output cards MDR 26 – D15, DVI-video output cards or DVI-DVI digital output cards
Each output card is connected to one projection module. The first output card in the order they are inserted into
the H

(right one if looking from front on the H

module, the second output card must be connected to the right projection module. The figure below demon-
strates the cabling in dual mode:
DVI-DVI digital/analog output card
With the DVI-DVI digital/analog output card in dual mode each connector of the card is used to provide data for
one projection module. Channel one (the upper connector) is connected to the left projection module (looking
from front to the projection modules) channel two is connected to the right projection module, please see also
the figure below:
