Section 1: Assembly & Set-Up

Front Roller Assembly (Optional)

Refer to Figure 1-7:
1. Assemble left-hand and right-hand mounting
brackets (#2 & #3) to the deck with 3/8"-16 x 1" GR5
carriage bolts (#4) and hex whiz nuts (#5). Draw nuts
up snug. Do not tighten until later.
2. Locate roller (#8) between mounting brackets and
insert roller shaft (#1) through brackets and roller.
3. Secure roller shaft with 5/8" flat washer (#6) and
3/16" cotter pin (#7). Bend both legs of cotter pin to
keep it from falling out.
4. Tighten hex whiz nuts (#5) to the correct torque.
