ATTACH GUY WIRE TO BUILDING STRUCTURE WHILE
MAINTAINING A 45-DEGREE ANGLE BETWEEN THE CEILING
AND THE GUY WIRE. DO NOT WRAP GUY WIRES AROUND
THE BUILDING STRUCTURE.

into closed turnbuckle
end and back through
gripple.

Hook turnbuckle to guy
wire disc. Feed guy wires
through disc to hold in
place during turnbuckle
installation.

Turnbuckle
set screw

Place level against the
downrod and tighten
the turnbuckles by hand
in a crisscross pattern,
periodically checking to
make sure fan is level.

Gripple bolt

Tighten bolts on gripples.
Tighten set screws on
turnbuckles.
