Using address book

Opening the address book

1. Open the Samsung DocuThru window and select Address Book... from
the Tools menu. For information on opening the Samsung DocuThru
window, see page 3.25.
You can also access the address book by clicking
toolbar in the Samsung DocuThru and the Samsung MailThru window.
2. The address book configuration - SmarThru window opens.
3. To add a new E-mail address and fax address, click the Add E-mail
button and the Add Fax button respectively. Then specify the desired
address in the add item to address book dialog box.
If you want to add a new group of addresses, click the Add Group
button. Then specify addresses in the add new personal group item
dialog box. When you send a message to a group, the message will be
sent to every addresses in the group.
