TRUE:
CAN communications enabled and unit
state is ST5 (communicating).
FALSE:
CAN communications disabled and unit
state is not ST5 (communicating).
Default: FALSE

TRUE:
No new configured CAN message
received since last Unit Cyclic refresh.
FALSE:
New configured CAN message received
since last Unit Cyclic refresh.
Default: FALSE

TRUE:
Send queue overflow occurred. Over-
flowed messages will be delayed. Reset
to FALSE when *_EnblCANComm is
switched from TRUE→FALSE in state
ST5 (communicating).
FALSE:
The send queue has accepted all mes-
sages to be sent.
Default: FALSE

Receive queue overflow occurred. Some
messages have been discarded. Reset to
FALSE when *_EnblCANComm is
