ASSEMBLY Place all parts of the stepper in a cleared area and remove the packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. 5. Apply grease to the left axle on the Upright (1). Apply grease Slide a Cylinder Spacer (19) and a Resistance Cylinder (9) onto the left axle on the Upright (1). Make sure that the curved side of the Cylinder Spacer is facing the Upright. Attach the Resistance Cylinder with an M10 x 20mm Button Screw (28) and an M10 Washer (18).
