Maintenance and Service

When properly maintained, your appliance will give you
many years of trouble-free service. Contact your dealer to
answer questions regarding proper operation, troubleshoot-
ing and service for your appliance. Visit www.quadrafire.
com/owner-resources to view basic troubleshooting, FAQs,
use & care videos. We recommend annual service by a
qualified dealer.
This pellet heater has a manufacturer-set minimum low
burn rate that must not be altered. It is against federal
regulations to alter this setting or otherwise operate this
pellet heater in a manner inconsistent with operating
instructions in this manual.
A. Proper Shutdown Procedure
Turn user interface OFF, let appliance completely cool and
exhaust blower must be off. After cooling unplug appliance
before servicing.

NOTICE: These are recommendations. When burning high ash content pellet fuel or a/pellet mix
you may need to clean the fire pot several times a day. Clean the stove and fire pot more
frequently if you encounter heavy build-up of ash at the recommended interval or you see
soot coming from the vent. Not properly cleaning your appliance on a regular basis will
void your warranty.
