Follow these steps to remove the rear fan:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see

3. Remove the four Phillips screws (1) that secure the rear fan to the computer.
4. Lift the rear fan (2) as far as the rear fan cable allows.
5. Disconnect the rear fan cable (3) from the system board.
6. Remove the rear fan.
Reverse this procedure to install the rear fan.
