Operating fluids and maintenance
Maintenance schedule — PRP Fuel optimized
Take oil sample and perform oil analysis. Carry out after
500 h for category 3 and 2 lubricant.
Replace Diesel engine oil and oil filter insert (at least every
2 years). At the latest after one year.
Replace Diesel engine oil and oil filter insert (at least every
2 years). Perform once after 250 hours. At the latest after
one year.
Replace main fuel filter.
Replace the primary fuel filter.
Replace Diesel engine oil and oil filter insert (at least every
2 years). Perform once after 250 hours. At the latest after
one year.
Check state of belt drive, replace if necessary.
Replace belt (at the latest when the oil separator filter insert
is replaced).
Replace oil separator filter insert (at latest when the belt for
the crankcase breather is replaced).
Check state of belt drive, replace if necessary.
Replace coolant.
