Use the service acseid reload command to load the ACSEI client
configuration file.
Note that you can load the ACSEI client configuration file only when the
ACSEI client is running. Otherwise, you will fail to load the ACSEI client
configuration file.
# Load the ACSEI client configuration file on unit 1.
