Troubleshooting - Hach HQ11d User Manual

1. Pull the release tab on the battery cover and the remove the cover.
2. Remove the batteries.
3. Install 4 AA alkaline or 4 AA nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries.
Make sure that the batteries are installed in the correct polarity.
4. Replace the battery cover.

Tighten the locking nut on the
probe connector.
Disconnect the probe and then
connect the probe again

Connect a different IntelliCAL
probe to verify if problem is with
probe or meter

Disconnect the probe and then
connect the probe again.
