The CD800 CLM is a single system that encodes, prints and laminates in one pass and allows users to utilize a variety of new features. - Page 4 The optional bar code reader provides the ability to read serialized laminates, adding an additional layer of security. LAMINATE OVERVIEW The CD800 CLM has an option for either one or two laminators, both capable of running the new DuraShield™ Clear and Holographic Overlays, Datacard ® ® DuraGard Clear and Holographic Laminates, and Clear or Holographic Topcoats. Two laminators allow customers to use two different durability or security products, as well as provide front and back lamination. -
