Talkback is an application designed for the blind and visually impaired to better use the
mobile phone. In Talkback mode, the original touch operation is broken down into two steps:

Touch an item on the screen. Your phone will notify what you have selected through
voice.
If what you hear is what you want to select, double-touch any position on the screen to
enter what you selected.
Set the phone language as English.
Go to Settings and choose All >Accessibility> Talkback to enable the Talkback mode.
On the displayed dialog box, touch OK.
