Control Panel
Warning: Isolate the boiler from the mains
electricity supply before removing any
covering or component.
To gain access to the parts located inside the
control panel proceed as follows:
1) Remove the front panel of the case.
2) Loosen the screws and C and D (Figure 3).
3) Remove the screws E (Figure 4).
4) Move the lower part of the side panels as
indicated in Figure 4 and pull the control
panel. When completely pulled out, the panel
can rotate 45° downwards to facilitate the
service operations on the internal parts.

5) Remove the screws F and remove the service
panel (Figure 5).
6) To gain access to the electronic control p.c.b.
and the fan and air pressure device remove
the screws K and remove the control panel lid
(Figure 5).

Access to the Sealed Chamber
To gain access to the parts contained in the
sealed chamber it is necessary to remove the lid
of the sealed chamber.
For this purpose, remove the front and side
panels of the case, remove the screws G as
indicated in Figure 6 and remove the lid.

Emptying the Primary Circuit
1) Close the pressure reducing automatic fill
valve.
2) Open the c.h. drain cock H (Figure 7).
3) Loosen the d.h.w. storage tank air purge valve
I (Figure 8).
