Setting the Record Time

Record Time sets the duration for recording
the incoming messages. You have three
record time options. The options "one
minute" or "four minutes" set the duration for
recording the incoming messages.
"Announce only" answers the call but
prevents the caller from leaving a message.
1. Press the soft key. Select the
MENU
Answ. Setup menu, and then the
Record Time submenu.

Setting the Message Alert On or
Off
Message Alert sounds an alert tone when
you have an unheard message. If you set
the Message Alert on, whenever a new
message is received, the soft alert tone will
sound every 15 seconds.
