Caller ID System Operation

Speed Viewing the DIRECTORY

1. Press the

2. Enter the first letter of a name. (See Page 27 for detail of entering a letter.)

You can assign stored numbers a PREFERRED CALL status which will generate a special
ringer sound at the start of the second ring to any welcome caller in the DIRECTORY.
When you are saving the name and number into the DIRECTOR Y, add a " # " symbol at the
beginning of the name by pressing the

BLOCKED CALLS

You can assign stored numbers a BLOCKED CALL status which will disable the ringer
sound after the second ring to any caller in the DIRECTORY.
When you are saving the name and number into the DIRECTORY, add an "
