Prestige 610 ADSL PCI Modem Chapter 3 Driver Installation This chapter shows you step-by-step software installation using. Overview After inserting the Prestige in your computer and making the connections, turn on your computer. Proceed to install the Windows driver for the Prestige. Screen shots for Windows 2000 are shown. Steps for driver installation are similar unless otherwise specified.

Prestige 610 ADSL PCI Modem Chapter 4 Configuration for the LAN Driver This chapter shows you how to make Internet connection for the LAN driver. Network Information For LAN connection (or driver) type, you need to configure the TCP/IP settings of the Prestige with the following information from your ISP.

If the icon does not appear in your system tray, you can manually start the utility by clicking Start, Programs, Prestige 610 ADSL PCI Modem and then Configure. This opens the Prestige control panel window and launches the utility icon at the same time.

The control panel window displays. 7.2.1 Physical Link The Physical Link tab displays your ADSL connection state and the modulation type. Data rate indicates the maximum transmission and receiving rates in kbps (kilobits per second) on the ADSL line.

Prestige 610 ADSL PCI Modem Chapter 8 Driver and Utility Software Maintenance This chapter describes how to uninstall or upgrade the Prestige driver and utility software. Removing the Driver and Utility Software Follow the steps below to remove the Prestige driver and the utility software.
Before you uninstall the driver, view the current configuration via Start, Programs, Prestige 610 ADSL PCI Modem and Configure. Write down your Prestige settings, for example, VPI and VCI values, encapsulation or modulation type. You may need to provide the information when configuring the connection.
Step 7. Restart your computer. After your computer has restarted, the uninstall process is complete. To verify that the software was successfully uninstalled, click Start, (All) Programs. The Prestige 610 ADSL PCI Modem option should not be present. Uninstalling Your Prestige...
