Changing the headlight bulb

Note
Damage to reflector Grease on the reflector reduces the brightness.
Grease on the bulb will evaporate due to the heat and be deposited on the reflector.
Clean and degrease the bulbs before mounting.
Do not touch the bulbs with your bare hands.

Checking the headlight setting

Preparatory work
Remove the headlight mask with the headlight. (
Main work
Turn protection cap
socket counterclockwise all the way and remove it.
Pull bulb socket

Pull out headlight bulb
Insert the new headlight bulb.
Headlight (HS1/socket BX43t) (
Insert the protection cap with the bulb socket into the reflec-
tor and turn it clockwise all the way.

Insert the bulb socket of the parking light into the reflector.

Finishing work
Install the headlight mask with the headlight. (
Check the headlight setting. (
Position the vehicle upright on a horizontal surface in front of
a light wall and make a mark at the height of the center of the
low beam headlight.
Make another mark a distance
