Telephone problems
The charger is not charging the
handset
Cannot adjust an option in the
base station.
SMS messages cannot be sent and
screen displays unable to send.
If you are still experiencing difficulty,call the Synergy Helpline on 08706 058 047.

Possible cause
Power adaptor might not be
properly plugged into the charger.
You could be using the wrong
power adaptor.
The handset might not be in the
charger correctly.
The batteries may not be fitted
correctly.
Someone else might be making
changes via another handset?
The base station or charger power
supply or telephone line cord might
not be properly connected.
There might be a fault on the line.
You might have deleted the server
number in error.
Your SMS memory might be full.
More than one SMS product
plugged into the line.

Solution
Check that the charger is plugged
into the mains socket and switched
on.
Check you are using the correct
power adaptor, item code 003313.
Check that your handset has slotted
correctly into the charger.
Make sure the batteries are
correctly fitted into the handset.
Try again when the other handset
user has finished.
Check that both the charger and
the base station power supply is
plugged into the mains socket and
switched on and that the telephone
is plugged into the telephone wall
socket.
Check your telephone line is
working properly.
Call the Synergy SMS Helpline for
assistance on 0906 302 0069 (calls
are charged at 50p per minute and
the Helpline is open from 9am to
5.30pm Mon-Fri).
Delete unwanted text messages, see
your Using SMS guide.
Remove other products.
