E r a s i n g V o i c e D i a l i n g E n t r i e s
To erase an individual Voice Dialing entry:
1. Highlight the desired entry (See previous "Reviewing Voice Dialing Entries").
2. Press Options to display the options.
3. Highlight E r a s e , and press MENU/OK.
4. Highlight Y e s , and press MENU/OK.
To erase all Voice Dialing entries:
1. From the Standby mode, press MENU/OK to display the main menu.
2. Highlight V o i c e S e r v i c e , and press MENU/OK.
3. Highlight V o i c e D i a l , and press MENU/OK.
4. Highlight E r a s e A l l , and press MENU/OK.
5. Highlight Y e s , and press MENU/OK.
U s i n g V o i c e M e m o
Voice Memo allows you to record a caller' s voice while talking and your voice in
Standby mode, instead of taking notes. Your PCS Phone is capable of storing up to 8
memos (including the "Screen Call" which is described on pages 79-80.) for 18 seconds
each. When the memory is full, a warning message will be displayed, prompting you to
erase an old memo.
R e c o r d i n g M e m o s
From the Standby mode:
1. Press and hold Memo (right softkey). Starts recording after the beep.
OR
1. From the Standby mode press MENU/OK to display the main menu.
2. Highlight V o i c e s e r v i c e , and press MENU/OK.
3. Highlight V o i c e M e m o , and press MENU/OK.
4. Highlight R e c o r d , and press MENU/OK.
5. Start recording after the beep.
To record a conversation during a phone call:
1. Press MENU/OK to display the options.
2. Highlight V o i c e S e r v i c e s , and press MENU/OK.
3. Highlight V o i c e M e m o , and press MENU/OK.
4. Highlight R e c o r d , and press MENU/OK.
5. Start recording after the beep.
Recording Memo is disabled while you are in Analog Service area.
