S e t t i n g M y S h o r t c u t
You can arrange your own shortcut menu.
1. From the Standby mode, press MENU/OK to display the main menu.
2. Highlight S e t t i n g , and press MENU/OK.
3. Highlight O t h e r s , and press MENU/OK.
4. Highlight M y S h o r t c u t , and press MENU/OK.
5. Select the menu under M y S h o r t c u t and press MENU/OK.
6. Highlight your desired menu option, and press MENU/OK.
C h a n g i n g t h e M e n u L a n g u a g e
When you first turn your phone on, the menus are displayed in English.
To change the menu language to Spanish, follow these steps.
1. From the Standby mode, press MENU/OK to display the main menu.
2. Highlight S e t t i n g s , and press MENU/OK.
3. Highlight O t h e r s , and press MENU/OK.
4. Highlight L a n g u a g e , and press MENU/OK.
5. Select E s p a ñ o l, and press MENU/OK.
S e t t i n g T T Y M o d e
This feature set the TTY Mode to on or off.
A TTY(also known as TDD or Text Telephone) is a telecommunications device that
allows people who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who have speech or language
disabilities, to communicate by telephone. Connect the TTY device to the Headset Jack
of Your PCS Phone. Then, type the message you want to send on the TTY's keyboard.
To Turn the TTY Mode On or Off:
1. From the Standby mode, press ##889.
2. Press MENU/OK.
3. Highlight S a v e P h o n e # , and press MENU/OK.
4. Highlight A c c e s s i b i l i t y , and press MENU/OK.
5. Highlight T T Y O n or T T Y O f f , and press MENU/OK.
