DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

9. How to remove the plate heat exchanger

(1) P ump down the refrigerant circuit and close the stop
valve on the outdoor unit. (Refer to "12. Supplementary
information".)
(2) Remove the front panel. (Refer to Procedure 1.)
(3) R emove the water pump and the pump valve. (Refer to
Procedure 5.)
(4) R emove the Joint (WC-PUMP) by removing the 2
screws, and detaching the different diameter quick
connection. (Photo 9-2)
• When reinstalling the different diameter quick connection,
use a new O-ring.
• R efer to page 70 for how to attach and detach the
different diameter quick connection.
