Patch volume

The patch volume is very handy when it comes to matching volumes of different patches for
a (live) performance. The patch volume can be controlled with the "FX-2" knob when the
shift button is lit, see figure 5: TODO
Patch configuration
Press "shift" and then "patch" to enter the "patch configuration" screen. You will now be
able to set:
FX Type (v1.2 and up)
Scan Key Sync
LFO1 KEY Sync
LFO2 KEY Sync
Resample anti-aliasing
Slider base note
Granular glide
Voice stealing algorithm
