Using Playlist (Chapter) menu

Press LIST repeatedly to display Playlist (Title)
menu.

Use v V b B to choose the title you want to
view on the Playlist (Title) menu then press
ENTER.
The options appears on the left side of the Playlist
(Title) menu.

Use v / V to select 'View Chapter' from Playlist
(Title) options then press ENTER.
Playlist (Chapter) menu appears on the TV screen.

Naming a Title

You can name Original and Playlist titles independently.
Names can be up to 22 characters long.

Press LIST repeatedly to display Original (Title)
or Playlist (Title) menu.

Use v V b B to choose the title you want to
name then press ENTER.
Original (Title) or Playlist (Title) options appears on
the left side of the menu.

Use v/V to select 'Rename' option from the
options then press ENTER.
Keyboard menu appears.

Enter a name for the disc. Use v V b B to select
a character then press ENTER to confirm your
selection.
• English/Latin Capital: Switches the keyboard upper
case characters.
• English/Latin Small: Switches the keyboard to lower
case characters.
• Symbols: Switches the keyboard to symbol words.
• OK: Select to finish.
• Cancel: Deletes all the characters input.
• Space: Inserts a space at the cursor position.
• Delete: Deletes the character at the cursor's previous
position.
• b / B: Moves cursor to left or right.
Remote control buttons for entering a name

N (PLAY): Inserts a space at the cursor position.
•
X (PAUSE/STEP): Deletes the after character at the
cursor position.
•
x (STOP), CLEAR: Deletes the previous character at
the cursor position.
•
. / >: Moves cursor to left or right.
•
Numbers (0~9): Enters the character of corresponding
location on the selected column.
•
MENU/LIST, DISPLAY: Switches the keyboard type
(Alphabet Capital, Alphabet Small, Symbols)

Choose OK then press ENTER to fix the name
and return to the Disc menu screen.

Press RETURN repeatedly to exit Original (Title)
menu.

• You can also use the CLEAR button to delete charac-
ters directly.
• Names can be up to 22 characters long.
• For discs formatted on a different DVD Recorder, you
will see only a limited character set.
