Setting the maximum permissible charge
current
A country-specific maximum charge current is
set for the charging cable. Before starting the
charging process at a power socket, check the
maximum permissible charge current for the
relevant power socket or the building. Observe
the notes on setting the maximum permissible
charge current (
page 34).
Y
You can set the maximum permissible charge
current on the controls within one minute of
inserting the mains plug into the mains socket.
After this time, you will first have to disconnect
the charging cable from the mains socket in
order to change the setting.

current flashes green in display :.
If the indicator lamp of a value lights up
orange, this charging current value cannot be
set for this mains socket.
The indicator lamp for the set value flashes for
around ten seconds, then lights up green. The
value of the maximum permissible charge

When you disconnect the charging cable from
the mains socket after charging, the set value is
reset to the minimum setting. You will then need
to reset the value for the maximum charge cur-
rent at the next charging process.
