Boiler Water Temperature Sensor

Flue Gas Temperature Sensor

Note: The boiler water temperature sensor is located on
the boiler supply connection.
1. Remove spring clip (set aside).
2. Insert 6 in. (150 mm) temperature sensor.
3. Observe the inserted depth.
4. Secure sensor lead with spring clip.
5. Insert the 3A and 3B plug to the burner electrical
connector.
Note: The flue gas temperature sensor is located on the
flue gas collector.
1. Remove the screws, the cable strap and connector
cover from the flue gas collector and set aside.
2. Disconnect the flue gas temperature sensor cable from
the flue gas sensor.
3. Gently remove the sensor with a pair of pliers and
insert the new sensor.
4. Reconnect the cable and install the cable strap and
connector cover with screws and tighten.
