 AI THRESH (-48 ~ 60): Adjusts the automatic iris control activation threshold boost (in dB;
higher value means more threshold boost and therefore lower auto-iris control activation light
level needed). Range of adjustment is -48 ~ 60 (dB). Lower the threshold boost if the iris
control becomes unstable.

ID SETUP

This option sets up identification information display for the camera. Upon selection of this option, the
following submenu will appear:
CAMERA ID SETUP
 ID DISPLAY: Enables (ON) or disables (OFF) ID information display feature
 CAMERA ID: This option is for the user to key in the desired ID information.
The procedure is as the following:
1. Move the cursor to CAMERA ID.
2. Then move the cursor left or right once to start the CAMERA ID entering mode. The
character input cursor should appear:
> CAMERA ID:
3. Move left or right (shift OSD toggle switch left/right or press left/right directional button) to
choose the desired character (including space bar). To move to the next character, press
ENTER once. Repeat this step for the other 7 characters (8 characters total for CAMERA ID).
4. After finishing the input of CAMERA ID, simply move the cursor up or down to exit the
CAMERA ID entering mode.
 ID POSITION: Specifies the desired position for ID display. The available options are:
UP-LEFT / UP-CENTER / UP-RIGHT / DOWN-LEFT / DOWN-RIGHT

SYNC

This field specifies camera video's synchronization. The available options are:
 INT: internal synchronization (default 60 Hz)
 INT2: internal synchronization (alternative 59.94 Hz)
 L.L.: line-lock synchronization to external AC power source (for AC power mains models)
After selecting and clicking the L.L. option, the LINELOCK sub-menu would appear. Follow
instructions on the screen to make appropriate adjustments.

DAY/NIGHT SETUP

This field specifies the camera's option for daytime and night-time operations. Usually surveillance
video during daytime is in color (with abundant lighting), while surveillance video during night-time is in
B/W (black-and-white) for more usable visual information in low luminance scenarios.
 D/N CONTROL: Day and Night Control – sets up operation modes for camera's daytime and/or
night-time operations. The available settings are:
AUTO – The camera automatically switches to daytime mode when external lighting is
adequate. On the other hand, if external lighting is insufficient, the camera switches to
night-time mode. Follow instructions on the screen to make appropriate adjustments.
DAY – The camera is set continuously to operate in daytime mode (continuous color
surveillance video).
