Try reducing the cutting speed. If you cut too fast, the substrate may not have time to fold correctly in the
basket.

Your jobs may be too long, causing problems in the basket. Try dividing jobs into shorter segments, such as
one-meter panels.

Cutter cannot detect HP barcode or registration marks

1.
Ensure that you position the cutting head correctly when the cutter prompts you to do so. Carefully read
the instructions on the cutter's screen when starting a cutting job.

This problem most often occurs with substrates that are colored or have certain laminations. Remember to
calibrate the substrate before using it. See

Check whether the sensor touches the substrate during barcode and marker detection.
Calibrate the OPOS sensor
1.
Turn on the cutter and load black vinyl with white backing.
IMPORTANT:
calibration setting should be set to the default value.

Set the head's origin above a clean, blank part of the vinyl.

square measuring approximately 9.5 × 9.5 mm and move the square forward. Weed rectangle appears on

Carefully weed the square, making sure the edges stay intact. Press

To maintain the accuracy of the OPOS sensor, repeat this calibration whenever you install a knife.
