RightRear Jacking Location
Before raising the wheelof fthe ground,make sure that
the jack willnotdamage surrounding truck parts and
adjustthe jack position as required.
4. By r otating the wheel wr ench clockwise, raise the
vehicle untilthe wheeljustclears the surface.

W ARNING!
Raising the vehicle higher than necessary can make
the vehicle unstable and cause an accident.Itcould
slip of fthe jack and hurtsomeone nearit.Raise the
vehicle only enough to remove the tire.
5. Remove the wheelnuts and pullthe wheelof f.Install
thespar ewheeland wheelnutswith theconeshaped end
ofthe nutstowar d the wheel.Lightly tighten the nuts.To
avoid risk offor cing the vehicle of fthe jack,do notfull
tighten the nuts untilthe vehicle has been lower ed.
NOTE: Do notoilwheelstuds.For chr ome wheels,do
notsubstitute with chr ome plated wheelnuts.
6. Using the wheelwr ench,finish tightening the nuts in
a crisscr oss pattern.If in doubt about the corr ect tigh
ness,have them checked with a tor que wr ench by your
dealer or ata service station.
