2-30. EXTERNAL CLEANING

TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INSTRUMENT DAMAGE,
NEVER GET WATER INSIDE THE CASE. TO AVOID
INSTRUMENT DAMAGE, NEVER APPLY SOLVENTS TO THE
INSTRUMENT.
Should the 8842A case require cleaning, wipe the instrument with a cloth that is lightly
dampened with water or a mild detergent solution.
