Answer Direct Connect Calls

When you receive a Direct Connect call, you hear an incoming tone or the phone vibrates, depending on
your settings. You will also see the Direct Connect number or the caller's name (if available) on your
screen.
In addition, you may hear the caller's voice through the speakerphone. Default for Direct Connect calls is
speakerphone on. You can turn the speakerphone off and listen to Direct Connect calls through the
earpiece as you would a regular call, or you can listen through a headset. (For information on Direct

1. When you receive a Direct Connect call, you will see the Direct Connect number or caller's name
on the screen.

When the caller has finished speaking, the Push To Talk icon will appear on the screen.
