Is the test print performed normally?

Is the gap between the top edge of the paper
and the horizontal line in the FACT SHEET
print exactly 0.56 inch (14.3 mm)?
Is it the latest ROM version?
Has toner and dust been removed from the
paper path?
Is the lens on the optical unit clean?
Is the paper take-up roller clean?
Is the roller in the fusing unit clean?
Is the outer surface of the printer clean?
Has the imaging cartridge been removed from
the printer?
Is the unit packed securely?
Are accessories packed also?
