Tuning to stored FM stations
You can either say the name of a stored station
from the FM main menu or the number of its
memory location.
û Activate voice control.
Beep
"Station KFOG".
"Station KFOG".
- or -
û Activate voice control.
Beep
"Station number 1".
"Station number 1".
The PCM tunes to the corresponding station.
Tuning to stored AM stations
You can say the memory location of a stored
station from the AM main menu.
û Activate voice control.
Beep
"Station number 1".
"Station number 1".
The PCM tunes to the corresponding station.
Entering a frequency
You can also tune to FM and AM stations by
entering the frequency. The frequency input menu
only accepts frequencies within the given
waveband.
– FM waveband: 87.9 – 107.9 MHz,
with 0.5 MHz increments.
– AM waveband: 530 - 1700 KHz,
with 1 kHz increments.
Example for entering the frequency 98.4 MHz in
the FM waveband:
û Activate voice control.

"Manual tune".
"Manual tune".
The display switches to the frequency input
menu.
"Please say the desired frequency.".
Beep
"Ninety-eight point four".
"Frequency Ninety-eight point four megahertz".
The PCM tunes to the corresponding
frequency, the frequency input menu stays
open.
You can also enter the frequency without the
display switching to the frequency input menu
using the "Frequency" command, directly
followed by the desired MHz value.
