"NO DISC" message appears
immediately after vertical
movement of the pick-up lens

The state that DISC does not rotate continues for
several seconds, and becomes NO DISC or an
error display afterwards.
The rotation of DISC becomes high-speed and
abnormal, and becomes NO DISC or an error
display afterwards.

Is focus retraction OK?
