When power is restored after a low battery shutdown, the UPS converter(s) automatically
restarts operation, the charger(s) recharges the batteries and the Inverter(s) is automatically
restarted without operator intervention. Load is automatically assumed by the inverter
without operator intervention.

When in Parallel Operation, the power drawn by the load is equally shared between all UPSs
regardless of whether or not any units are in Battery Operation.
