Check network connection and settings (Configuration -> Network)
Check relay connection and settings (Alarm > Interfaces > Alarm Outputs)
Check fire detection settings (Configuration > Alarm > Fire detection)
Check the video client settings
Problem: No detection of fire.
Solution:
Check fire detection settings (Configuration > Alarm > Fire detection)
Check mask settings
Check privacy mask settings
Check the focus of the lens (Configuration -> Camera -> Installer Menu -> Lens
Wizard... -> )
Check obstructions in the field of view
Check the detection area
Check minimum/maximum distance to fire
Mask out the disturbing image area (for
smoke).
Smoke detection will be deactivated in this
mask.
Mask out the disturbing image area (Add
smoke time region).
Smoke detection will be delayed in this mask.
Solution
Avoid vibrations at the camera site.
Make sure the camera is firmly mounted.
Move the camera to its initial position and
check the field of view. Make sure the camera
is firmly mounted.
