The back of the page is stained at 49 mm intervals
Check
Transfer roller
Cause
1. Transfer roller is contaminated.
2. Abnormal (+) (-) transfer voltage, or cleaning voltage.
3. Defective transfer roller
Solution
1. Clean the transfer roller thoroughly. Replace if contaminated severely.
2. Adjust the voltages.
3. Replace if necessary.
