WINDING THE BOBBIN

Be sure to use Class 15 J bobbins.
1. Place a spool of thread on the spool pin, and secure it with
the spool pin cap. Pull the thread out from the spool and
place it through thread guides as shown in illustration.
2. Put end of thread through the hole in bobbin as shown.
3. Push bobbin winder shaft to far left position, if it is not
already there. Place bobbin onto shaft with end of thread
coming from top of bobbin. Push bobbin winder shaft to the
right until it clicks. Hold onto end of thread.
4. Start machine. After the bobbin has begun to fill, stop to cut
the thread tail. Step on the foot control again to continue
to fill the bobbin. The bobbin will automatically stop turning
when completely filled. Push shaft to the left to remove
bobbin and cut thread.
PRÉPARATION DE LA CANETTE
Utilisez que la canette 15 J.
1. Placez une bobine de fil en place sur un porte-bobine et
fixez-la bien à l'aide du couvre-fil. Tirez le fil hors de la
bobine et faites-le passer par le guide-fil, comme indiqué
dans l'illustration.
2. Faites passer l'extrémité du fil par le trou de la canette,
comme indiqué.
3. Pousser l'axe du dévidoir vers la gauche, placer la canette
sur cet axe. Pousser le tout vers la droite jusqu'au déclic.
Tenir le bout de fil à la verticale.
4. Démarrer la machine. Une fois que la canette a commencé
à se remplir, arrêter pour couper le bout de fil. Appuyer à
nouveau sur la pédale pour continuer à remplir la canette.
Celle-ci s'arrêtera automatiquement de tourner lorsqu'elle
sera complètement pleine. Pousser la tige vers la gauche
pour retirer la canette et couper le fil.
