BEFORE DISASSEMBLING COMPONENTS • Before dismantling components, remove dirt, mud, dust and foreign bodies from the vehicle. Use the special tools designed for this bike, as required.

Once the op- eration is finished, the display goes back to the CHRONOMETER menu. Operation To use the chronometer, the display should show the main menu with the word CHRONO, waiting for the count to start.

VIEW ALARMS If a serious failure which may jeopardise the in- tegrity of the vehicle or the rider is detected, an icon indicating the cause is displayed on the area where the odometer is generally shown.

  • Page 47 PEGASO 650 STRADA - TRAIL - FACTORY Electrical system Clock It is displayed only when the vehicle is on; when it is turned off, the indication remains visible for 5 seconds. The precision must be better than 30 ppm. Do not reset the clock in case there is a sudden voltage drop in the electrical system (see rating test).

For voltage values below 9V or over 16V the accuracy can exceed the required tolerances but it should have an increasing monotonic course. • Accuracy: +/- 0.2V with respect to the battery voltage (corrective factors should be intro- duced, as in the table, which will vary according to the vehicle on which the instrument panel has been installed).

Hazard The hazard control device is a button. The hazard can be activated or deactivated only with the key set to KEY ON.
