• 1_PWMXX
Note: This code has to convert to decimal.
This code means motor duty (motor speed) at error detection.
If value is more than 128, it means speed-adjusting worked and
(value – 128) is the duty.
• 1__FGXXXX
Left 2numbers : FG counter, place of thousands/hundreds
Right 2numbers : FG counter, place of tens/one
Note: These 2 code has to convert to binary.
This code means FG counter at error detection.
This has 2meanings as follows:
Bit7 of sensor status
0
1
• 1TOUTXX
This code means timer remained.
If value is 0, it means operation-timeout occurred.
If you want to know how many msec remain, (value × 512) will be
the answer.
38
FG code means
Counter between each sensor
Counter every 500 msec
Typical Example
• DROP DW broken
Code
HIST01
FG counter error
JCPB121
Normally open
Motor driver status 93 → 10010011
SENS9398
Over current permitted
Open direction
Motor Drive
Sensor status 98 → 10011000
FG counter error detected
STOP UP shielded
DROP DW shielded
DROP DW open
Duty 188 → (188 – 128) = 60 % with speed adjust
PWMBC
1C → 28
FG1C58
58 → 88
means FG was counted 2888 pulse
13 → 19
TOUT13
remains 19 × 512 = 9728 msec remains
FG counter over at open normal operation and DROP DW was
undetected, this code means "DROP DW seems to be broken" or
"Belt was slipped".
