2-2-13. Case L Assembly

1. Refer to Sections from 2-2-1 to 2-2-12 and
disassemble the unit up to "DPR-289 board"
removal.
2. Remove the three screws of a.
3. Raise the radiation sheet, and remove the
screw of b, and remove the main frame.
4. Remove the four screws of c, and remove
the cover (center) assembly.
5. Remove the two screws of d.
6. Disconnect the SWC-47 (flexible board) from
the connector (CN5) on the AU-313 board.
7. Disconnect the HN-338 (flexible board) from
the connector (CN4) on the AU-313 board.
8. Remove the four screws of e.
9. Remove the case L assembly carefully not to
damage the flexible board.

The life of the flexible board and the flexible
card wire will be significantly shortened if
they are folded. Be very careful not to fold
them.
10. Reinstall the case L assembly by reversing
the steps of removal.

. Check if the position of the ND filter knob
matches the position of the lever.
. Be careful with the position of the flexible
board from the prism block when installing
the case L assembly.
. When reinstalling the main frame that has
been removed in Step 3, reinstall the screw
of b first.
