Important: Voicemail Passcode – Sprint strongly recommends that you create a passcode when setting
up your voicemail to help protect against unauthorized access. Without a passcode, anyone who has
access to your phone is able to access your voicemail messages.

Review Visual Voicemail

Visual Voicemail lets you easily access and select which messages you want to review.
1. Tap >
 You will see the voicemail inbox.
2. Tap a message to review it.
3. Tap to return to the voicemail inbox to review additional messages.
Tip: For an explanation of all your Visual Voicemail options, tap > Help > Visual Voicemail Menu >
Visual Voicemail Settings.

Visual Voicemail Options

Your visual voicemail options are available through the options menus found in the voicemail inbox and
while reviewing messages.
1. Tap >
2. Tap from the inbox to view the following options.

New Voice SMS: Send a voice message to friends.

New Avatar message: Send an animated voice message to friends.

Search: Search your voice messages.

Upgrade to Premium: Subscribe to the premium Voice-to-Text transcription service. This
service requires an additional monthly charge.

Store: Access the Visual Voicemail store to purchase avatars, backgrounds, and more.
